We are looking for an RN Supervisor for our full service behavioral health treatment center. This position will assist in the day to day operations of the recovery facility. We are looking for an individual with a passion for advocating for clients in their recovery, who is also equipped to handle escalated situations as they arise. The goal is promoting positive behavior change as clients are assisted in the self-management of their fluctuating chronic disease states.

Requirements:
• Must be Computer Literate and be willing to learn our electronic medical records system.
• Emphasis on communication skills, motivational interventions, and critical thinking
• Strong leadership skills, clinical competency, effective organizational skills, independent thinking, attention to detail
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carry routine nursing duties with clients as needed (vitals, med mngt, etc)
• Assist the program physicians as needed
• Motivates residents to participate in the primary or structured phase of treatment
• Monitor clients that are receiving detoxification services
• Able to determine and prioritize the Program Director’s need for assistance
• Able to determine whether clients are qualified to move to a surrounding facility housing
• Responsible for assisting the residents with integration into the recovery program
